Your other visits are exterior only, which is where the salt and pollen land. Plans run for 12 months. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote after a quick visit.

How much does window cleaning cost in Galveston?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. On our Silver package, a first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes. Gold and Platinum cost a little more because they include tracks, screens, and interior mirrors. After the first clean, maintenance plans start at $35 a month. What is the difference between Silver, Gold, and Platinum?
Silver is the glass: every window pane cleaned streak free. Gold adds window tracks cleared and wiped. Platinum adds screens washed and interior mirrors cleaned on top of everything in Gold.
How do the monthly plans work?
You choose how often we come: every month, every two months, every quarter, or twice a year. Once a year we clean your windows inside and out, and the other visits are exterior only. The cost of the whole year is spread into one flat monthly payment. Customers who choose monthly service save 20 percent on every exterior visit.
How often should windows be cleaned on the Gulf?
On the upper Texas coast, salt film builds up on glass within a few weeks, and left alone through a humid summer it can etch the surface. We recommend exterior cleaning at least every quarter for homes in Galveston, Jamaica Beach, Tiki Island, Texas City and La Marque, and every month or two for beachfront homes along the Seawall, the West End and Bolivar Peninsula, and for canal homes on West Bay. Most people have the interior glass done once a year.

Do you offer gutter cleaning?
Yes. Gutter maintenance can be added to any plan for $25 a month. We clear the gutters, flush the downspouts, and haul the debris away, timed for the live oak pollen and catkin drop in March and again before hurricane season, when a clogged gutter on an elevated beach house dumps water straight onto the stairs and the glass below.
Do I have to sign up for a plan, or can I book a one-time cleaning?
You can do either. One-time cleanings are priced the same as a first clean. Plans run for 12 months at one flat monthly payment, which costs less per visit and keeps the glass clear all year.
